LifeSignals created a compact Biosensor that is worn on the chest and records up to 30 days of ECG data. It replaces expensive hospital stays with affordable, at-home Holter and MCT testing. However, the device only works if patients wear it correctly and comply with strict medical standards without a nurse present.

I led a team that designed a seamless product experience across digital and print touchpoints. At every single step of the journey, we filtered our decisions through two simple questions:
